Terms of Service

Notx — operated by Pixlza / AlfaTrade. Last updated: July 2026.

These Terms govern your use of Notx (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Notx, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Notx.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may enable two-factor authentication for added security.

3. Your content

You own the notes, tasks, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, encrypt, and sync your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Notx for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, or access other users' data.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service.
• You are responsible for content you store and for complying with applicable laws.

5. AI features

AI-generated output (summaries, tag suggestions) may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for convenience only. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

6. Plans & payments

Notx may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, features, and limits for paid plans (when available) will be presented before purchase. Any paid terms will be added here at that time.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of important content (you can export your data anytime).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixlza / AlfaTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the courts of Egypt.
